Prior to his (39-year) real estate career, Steven devoted his talents to environmental stewardship and management consulting. He also invested, developed and managed major real estate projects including apartment buildings in Center City, mixed-use in historic Manayunk and a model land development in Chester County. These sharpened his negotiating skills and marketing creativity to a mastery level. He has provided real estate consulting services to land conservation agencies, private firms and non-profit organizations. With Keller Williams he has served many buyers and sellers, residential as well as investors, to find what they want and meet their financial objectives.
